Install GlowUp.

Get started by adding GlowUp to your Shopify store.

    Visit the Shopify App Store and search for 'GlowUp'

    Click 'Add app' and approve the required permissions

    GlowUp will create your dashboard and begin syncing your product catalog

    The storefront theme extension is installed automatically

Configure Your Emails.

Set up the automated email flow that collects photos from your customers at the perfect moments.

    Navigate to Settings → Email Configuration in your GlowUp dashboard

    Set the 'Before' email delay (default: 3 days after purchase)

    Set the 'After' email delay (default: 30 days after purchase)

    Customize the subject line, sender name, and email body

    On Starter+, add your logo and brand colors for a polished look

Smart Timing

The "before" email arrives while excitement is fresh. The "after" email lands when results are visible.

Full Control

Adjust delays, copy, and branding per your industry. Skincare? 30 days. Fitness? 60 days. You decide.

Reminder vs Auto-reminderLe reminder email est un email de relance schedulé dès la commande — il est envoyé X jours après l'email "after" si le client n'a pas encore soumis. Set Collection Rules.

Choose what type of content to collect for each product.

    For each product, choose a collection type: Before/After photos, Single photo, or Text-only review

    Optionally exclude products that don't need reviews

    Enable auto promo codes (Starter+) to reward approved submissions

Moderate Submissions.

Review, approve, and manage incoming customer content.

The Analytics tab in your dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your entire collection pipeline — from emails sent to reviews published. Use these insights to optimize your timing, improve subject lines, and identify your highest-converting products.

Auto-reminders.

Automatically follow up with customers who haven't submitted their review yet. Available on Growth and Scale plans.

GlowUp can automatically send a reminder email to customers who haven't submitted their review after a configurable delay. Only one auto-reminder is sent per customer per order.

How to enable

    Go to Emails → Reminder tab

    Toggle on "Auto-reminder"

    Set the delay (min 3 days, max 30 days — default 7 days)

    Click Save

Rules

  • Only 1 auto-reminder per customer per order
  • Respects your unsubscribe list
  • Only sent if the customer hasn't submitted yet
  • Requires Growth or Scale plan

Setup

    Dans Klaviyo → Account > Settings > API Keys, copie ta Private API Key

    Dans GlowUp → Settings > Integrations, colle la clé et sauvegarde

Event envoyé

Chaque fois qu'une soumission est approuvée, GlowUp envoie l'event GlowUp Review Approved au profil Klaviyo correspondant à l'email du client.

Créer un Flow

    Klaviyo → Flows > Create Flow > Build your own

    Trigger : Metric → sélectionne GlowUp Review Approved

    Tu peux ensuite filtrer par rating, product_name, etc.

Omnisend

Event envoyé

GlowUp envoie l'event custom glowup_review_approved à chaque approbation. Le contact est créé automatiquement s'il n'existe pas encore. Les propriétés sont identiques à Klaviyo (voir tableau ci-dessus).

Créer une Automation
